We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), and data generated through your use of the service (proposals, client information, usage data). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your information to provide and improve ProposalHQ, send important service updates, process payments via Stripe, and deliver AI-powered proposal generation. Your proposal data is used solely to provide the service to you.
ProposalHQ offers optional integration with Google services including Gmail and Google Drive. When you connect these services, we request access to: (1) Gmail — to send proposals on your behalf from your Gmail account; (2) Google Drive — to save and sync proposal files to your Google Drive. We only access data necessary to perform these specific functions. We do not read, store, or share your Gmail messages or Google Drive files beyond what is required to deliver the requested feature. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you explicitly request. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/connections or from the ProposalHQ Integrations page. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share data with: (1) Stripe for payment processing; (2) Google when you use Gmail/Drive integrations; (3) Anthropic for AI proposal generation. We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your content is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@proposalhq.io. Upon deletion, Google OAuth tokens are revoked and removed.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@proposalhq.io. For EU/EEA users, you have additional rights under GDPR.
